Hallo there . I have Onkyo tx-sr333, and stop played recently. I went to technician and he said that the HDMI board is faulty. I ask offical services around Europe and they offer me a price double from the one that i bought it. Also i was searching for a second hand one on Ebay and Amazon and all over but i could not find for the spe ific model. So i have question, can this Onkyo use HDMI board from any similar model like tx-sr313 or any other model . Please let me know. Thank you in advance .

Did you reset you amp to factory defaults? Also, go into Debug mode and let me know your Onkyo's dsp version.

Yes i try many times. The thing is that it's connected through HDMI ARC and the hi-fi is working but there is no sound. And about dsp version i think it is not displaying cause i tried this before as well . But i will give some pictures whats happening after i follow the scheme. This is after one i pressed tone, twice, and third time.

Well, it seems like dsp isn't starting up. According to the service manual, your Onkyo amp has the improved version of the DSP chip, 830K013DZKB4, so I assume chip itself is ok (830K013BZKB is the one that is responsible for no audio issue with many Onkyo amps from 2011-2012).
Perhaps DSP's firmware is corrupted which I found to be the case with other models. Unfortunately, this isn't an easy fix and require smd soldering skills, working NAND memory .bin file and compatible programmer. The cost of this repair might be close the the price of the working, second hand amp.

So you want to tell me that the techician was wrong, and according to the manual the firmware is corrupted . What if i try to replace the HDMI board

He was right, the problem is with hdmi board, and I think it could be related to dsp firware. If the usb port, also doesn't recognize any devices then problem is with dsp on 100%.
