Onkyo TX-NR646 Random Feedback Fault

Having an issue with random High Frequency feedback on Left Surround & Centre channels on ONKYO TX-NR646 Receiver - not sure if this was caused by the source or by the receiver itself!
Seems to happen only when there's a high frequency from these particular channels on a film (was playing Godzilla vs. Kong and The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It the first times it happened) and difficult to replicate and trace if this is a Sky-Q/ LG TV fault but high enough to force either disconnecting the affected channel/speaker or powering down the amp.
Have tried different speakers but fault remains with channel and is not speaker dependant.
System is 6x Duo-77A/F, Duo 77-A/C with Duo 77-A/S subwoofer in 7.1 format.
Sky-Q is set to output 2160p and TV seems to operate with no issue in HDR modes.
TV is LG 4K 75NANO866 originally connected to Denon AVR-X5200W but had issues with Sky-Q which forced me back to the Onkyo (most likely due to lack of HDMI 2.1 support for the 4K modes).

Has anyone had similar issues with this particular Receiver?
The issue is becoming increasingly annoying and giving rise to potential replacement by Marantz SR7015 perhaps...
Any help would be great.
