Hey guys, I just wanted to get your opinions on something. I'm going with the following system:
Polk Audio LSiM707 (20-300w recommended)
Polk Audio LSiM706c (20-250w recommended)
Polk Audio LSiM702f/x (20-200w recommended)
They all have an efficiency of 88dB.
I currently using a Yamaha RX-A810 (100w/channel) to power my lesser system but I also have an Onkyo TX-NR1000 (150w/channel) collecting dust in a closet.
Do you think I would be fine with using the Yamaha for these speakers or should I use the Yamaha as a preamp and then the Onkyo as the amp? Thank you for any input.
