Onkyo HTX-22HDX is it good?

Do not have experience with Jamo but the Onkyo HTX22HDX is an excellent rig for the money. I had the unit and was amazed at the sound for the size. The advantage and disadvantage is it has an integrated Amp and Sub that means when you decide to upgrade, the options become limited.

thanks jaishakar,

The integrated amp and sub is not a problem at the moment as im on a budget and this comes in well under with good quality sound making it a win win.

So i dont need an amp which is good but i use a PC with a hdmi out to my tv, would i be able to feed sound to this system from my PC? and can the speakers be wall mounted?

I am also open to suggestions if you think something else is better for give or take £200

Speakers can be wall mounted.

You can feed the PC HDMI into these and have one HDMI going out of these into the TV as an 'out' connect.

It's very good value for money.

The best thing I like about this kit is the space saving that the amp and integrated sub package provides.
