Onkyo HTP 528 Help paired with Sony STR-DH800!

Hi guys, I'm a complete novice when it comes to this but I've just bought this setup today and I need some help. The subwoofer for my Onkyo 528 has a switch at the back that adjusts the subwoofer level, what would you recommend it I set this at please? Out of the box its set to halfway. Thanks a lot. :thumbsup:
