onkyo 805, yammy 2700 or marantz 7001

    These all seem about the same when released, which would make for the best second hand buy for a 3.1 (focal 705v with BK 200), bd35, sky hd to panny pz80?

    I think the 805 would be the daddy for movies out of those choices. If thats what you are after.

    Well, I think the best sounding amp will be the Marantz SR7001. The 805 has a few more features like the ability to deocde HD audio. This is not really a probelm since your player can decode the audio anyway.

    They are all fairly decent receivers, if I was to pick one it would be the marantz.
