Onkyo 605 and Sky HD a/v sync settings

Hi just wondered what people with Onkyo 605 connected to Sky HD via HDMI and Optical and up to the TV via HDMI had the a/v lip sync settings at.

I've spent hours trying to get it right, the best balance I can get is about 80ms? I think its OK then one channel will be miles out?

Also do you set the HDMI auto lip sync setting to enabled, I think the source must support this though?

I've given this some thought too. The sync seems to change depending upon what channel you are watching. I would try for the setting that works best most of the time.

Although the Sky HD itself sometimes gets out of sync.
