    Hi,

    Taken from onkyo site:

    ****
It has been brought to our attention that under certain circumstances the left and right channel output of AV receiver modelsTX-SR508, is reversed for the surround speakers. This only occurs when the audio output of the source device (e.g. Blu-ray player) is set to "multichannel PCM" mode.

If you experience swapped surround channels as described above, please contact the ONKYO Service at
    E-Mail: [email protected]
    Phone: +49-8142-4401-0 Option #3 (Service/Repair)
    ****

I would test this out (ps3 being a good option if you have one as it outputs most stuff im PCM i find) and then either contact the above or go back to where you bought it from, they will send it back to onkyo and they will update the firmware to sort this out.

Guess whos amp is currently getting sorted......I would have done it myself if it were possible/could find instructions to do it

    Hope this helps :)

Hey, thanks for posting that. Ive just taken delivery today of this amp, dont have PS3 connected though, only Sky HD and Bluray. Do you think i'm likely to find this fault?
