One player or Two (UHD and BD)?

Want to buy myself an UHD player but also want a new BD (and BD) player with multi-region capability. Using my PS4 but it's pretty noisy and I'd like multi-region capability to add options for BD disc purchases.

Do I buy one UHD player modded for multi-region BD and DVD?

Or a UHD played and a separate BD player for multi-region BD and DVD?

I can see a shelf space saving, one fewer remote and avoiding the problem of a remote possibly operating both players if of the same make by going the one player route but are there any other positives or negatives to either option?

I ended up getting two players One Panasonic UB9000 and a Region A Sony BR player. I think 2 players are the most cost effective solution as you can usually get a cheaper Region A or multiregion player from the classifieds or eBay. I personally would have preferred just one player but found it quite hard to find a UHD player that was multiregion BR but still cost effective.
