    Hi.

Been looking for some form of switch box to do the following, but having no luck so far. Anyone come across anything that will do the trick?

    Scenario:

Two PC's each with audidy soundcards, using the three jack output.

One set of 5.1 speakers again using the three jacks as input.

What I am looking for is some form of switch box that will accept the two sound card outputs as the inputs, and the speakers as the output. So I can switch between the two soundcards depending on what PC I am using.

So far I have managed to find basic switchboxes, with single jack per input. Surely there must be a triple jack input/output switchbox somewhere.

Many thanks for any assiatance in advance.

    Darren

I'd be surprised if such a product exists, I doubt sufficient users would have such a requirement to make such a product viable commercially. I certainly have never seen anything like it at all.

Of course, I could be proved wrong. :)

Nice thought H4r7y, but the speakers don't have optical in - they are the creative speakers that only have the three jack inputs.

    Thanks for the idea anyway.

you could connect both up at once but i wouldnt use both at the same time!
