    Good morning

I have recently upgraded from Sky Digital to Sky+, unfortunately my One For All (6 way, URC 7562, Firmware B00) is now unable to control the Sky+ box.

I could not find the codes in the code manual or on the web site (thay had a code for the B01 firmware version which didn't work with mine). I also tried to download the codes from oneforall.com using the speaker tones to download the remote (I think they were 1412 and 1413) and this also did not work.

Has anyone been able to control Sky+ using this remote?

    Thank you

Phone OneForAll customer services on 0808 1000 306 - they are very helpful.

    Thanks GreenBars

I called them up at lunchtime, I got a very helpful American lady. She had to reset the controller to the defaults (probably because I bodged up the internet download). Then she gave me a new code (1175) for the Amstrad V2 Sky+ box.

There's also a list of keymagic codes if you look in the FAQs section of their website - it covers most of the buttons that the default code misses.
