To cut a long story short I have had a console from day 1, this morning the console would not start, do I have to send it back to MS or can I get it replaced at GAME? Any thoughts? The reason that I ask is that I have three times before gone to MS support and it was not great.
Yep, take it back to GAME, they changed mine when it kept freezing. Tell then you phoned customer services first and they said to take it back to the shop and exchange it. The lady in Worcester store was good as gold about it.
I rang the store first and explained to them what had happened with mine (kept crashing) they said bring it down and we will swap it out. Great customer service from Game. He also gave me a new reciept so I had 1yr warranty on the new machine. It's nice and quiet to, has the newer drive in it.
