As per title, i am trying to get my dads gigabyte m85m-us2h mobo to display on a toshiba regza 42av635db tv, it works fine with a vga cable but i can't get the hdmi to work.

I have tried changing resolutions ect but no luck, anything else i can try?

Have you got the latest drivers for the Nvidia GeForce 8200 chipset?

Have you tried a resolution such as 1280x720 at 50Hz (720p)?

Hi mate.

I have downloaded all the latest drivers, and also tried loads of different resolutions.

The pc just won't reconise there anything plugged into the hdmi port.

I assume you've selected the hdmi input on the tv?

What display is shown and selected on the Nvid control panel?

I had a HDMI lead where the plasic body of the plugs prevented me from pushing them in properly. Try anther lead.
