HD output . No indication the capture stage can handle hidef anywhere.

Dunno ... maybe this suggests it does ?

    7-Pin S-Video Video Input
    - Single SDTV/HDTV input socket
    - Compatible with standard 4-pin S-Video Cables
    - Simple passive converter cable for composite or
    component video input
    - Supports both HDTV and SDTV input

This bit under the video capture stage makes me suspicious. Why no mention of actual Hidef
capture which you would think would be something to crow about. Inputs are fine and dandy doesn't necessarily mean the card does anything with it though

    High Quality Video Capture
OmniChrome uses a Techwell 9905 video decoder which features high quality horizontal and vertical filteredscaling with arbitrary scale down ratio. Users of analogue video devices will be able to bridge the digital divideand capture real time video using S-Video, composite and component input directly into various digital formatsand perform Hi-Def digital playback of the captured content at HDTV resolutions using the board’s Hi-Def VIVO functionality. Other third party devices can be supported on board partner request.
