    Hi,

Head Office said I could take it back but the store manager refused as the bracelet had been altered. When I spoke to Head Office to complain they basically back tracked and said it was up to the store manager and were not willing to get involved. They starting quoting the term on their website about refusing returns that had been altered/personalized.

It was bought from Watches of Switzerland and yes the receipt is present

    Edit; Price reduced to £3000

Just had some links removed. I have small wrists and because of this the clasp does not sit right underneath and in turn the watch face faces in if that makes sense

No worries. Like I said earlier it needs to go, have a think and let me know. Just don’t want to get stung for charges for pulling the ad on another site

    Thanks

If anyone is on the fence about this, I can say that these really are fantastic pieces. I had the exact same set myself for a while before flipping it.

A truly, timeless, iconic watch for a great price!

    You won’t be disappointed.

I have had this watch before and can testify its a lot of watch for the money and value is going up all the time.
OP you are unlucky they went back on their word, I have had watches returned for a refund after getting the bracelet adjusted but I get it really is up to the store.

What you offering? I won’t be insulted.

It needs to go as it is currently useless to me but I ain’t going to give it away.

    Hi mate,

Selling because it is too big for my wrists. It doesn’t sit right due to the amount of adjustment it needed and is an uncomfy wear for me due to this. Going to look at a smaller 39mm version with leather strap, won’t be the Moonwatch though [emoji20]

If the dealer had just let me have a refund or exchange I would not be here :)

Hi mate. After sleeping in it and looking around plus the fact you are the only one to have made a firm offer despite al l the views and comments. I have reluctantly decided to accept your offfer of £2500 collected.

    Will send a pm

    Sorry mate it’s sold now.

Don’t know my wrist size per say (no tape measure to hand) but I had 3 links removed if that helps.
