Has anyone else downloaded the Carly Patterson Olympics clip? What do you play it on? Windows Media Player doesn't work (not surprising really), and neither does VLC Media Player. Any other players I can try?

I use ZoomPlayer v4.02 WMV Pro with the following filters:

    Splitter: OpenSource MPEG Splitter
    Video: InterVideo WinDVD 6
    Audio: AC3Filter 1.01a RC5

I watched the Carly Patterson clip today and it played fine. It’s only 2 minutes long though. :(

If you don't mind me asking, where did you find this clip? I would be interested to see it

OK, I found ZoomPlayer (normal version, not Pro) - that didn't work either. I then found this: http://www.inmatrix.com/articles/mediasetup1.shtml and changed the settings as they suggest - now works a treat! Thanks very much.

Works for me in WMP9, but you'll need the XVid codec.

Where can I get the XVid codec from?

Or rather, what do I do with it (now that I've got it - I think) to make it work in WMP9?
