Hi everyone.
I have recently purchased an oled 65G16LA TV which I am happy with.
One issue I have is that I am happy with the freesat channels and am familiar with the position of all the channels and want to keep this.
However there are some other channels that I like which are not on freesat which I can gain access to by searching "other operators" rather then freesat. However once I do this the freesat channels get deleted in the order . And vica versa.
I have tried to save the specific channels as a faviroute but once I go back to freesat channels, the other operator channels and faviroutes get deleted.
My old panasonic freesat TV had an option that allowed me to switch between freesat TV and other external channels saved as faviroutes. Surely one of the latest lg tv must do this?!
I've tried ringing lg but they have difficulty understanding the complaint I have and I hope someone understands what I mean.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
