hi,

I write it and my only hope is the get a real answer, from a professional person because I try anything and I don’t know what to do.

I have LG oled cx , Xbox series X, and use wireless mouse & keyboard, 2.1 cable.

Mostly play on warzone game, 120FPS.

The problem : when I'm on the game menu and move my mouse – I can hear a-sound lag like you can see on this video :

it's only happened on the menu (in-game it's happened when I open the map and move my mouse)

it's only happened on 120FPS.

And I tried this option till now :

  1. Update tv firmware
  2. Update xbox console
  3. Update call of duty warzone game
  4. tried use another mouse(tried wired one)
  5. tried uninstall and install game
  6. tried FACTORY reset and deleted all my games
  7. tried another resolutions
  8. tried almost every setting combination on tv and on xbox settings.
  9. Tried to reset factory setting on tv and on mouse setting.

I'm not sure if I really can fix it by myself.

I still try to understand to who should I ask so fix the problem ?

To LG service ?

To microsoft XBOX service ?

Very hope to find some answers here.

David.

It sounds like the menu selection sound?

Isn't using keyboard and mouse on a console kinda cheating anyway?

I would guess its a game bug and something that would have to be reported to the CoD team, I assume they have their own forum/discord for reporting issues.

The only other thing I know of that can cause audio issues is Dolby Atmos if you have that enabled or even the Dolby Access app installed as it uses a virtual upmixer that affects all audio.

The game to my understanding pairs you with players based on your input, so if using key/mouse you only get matchmaking with those using that.
