Question Older Denon AVR-1404-484 Surround Receiver Remote

Friends-Researching replacement remote control (Model RC-942) for my older Denon AVR 1404/484 Surround Receiver. As I am aware this item long since out of production via Denon I have found a generic remote via Amazon (also RC-942) which is manufactured by LONGRUN company. Appreciate any help regarding Longrun and their remote control control's ability to work and control my AVR 484. Any advice on another source I may try in order find a generic or factory original remote.
