So far, I'v bought around 4 widescreen tv's and three large 4x3 tv's- some have performed excellently (like my current 2 year old panny 36 pf10) but some have been near unwatchable as in the first philips 100hz 32in box I bought some years back.
I plan to hang onto my current tv as long as I can as in my mind, its the best box I'v ever bought but whilst looking through some old Home Entertainment mags, I came across some classic big boxes- the 40 & 50 pioneers, the first philips 36incher, the toshiba 28-33 surround tv's, the 37in mitsi's and quite a few others- is anyone out there still using older tv's? If so, how are they performing?
