    Hi,

Can I connect a DVD player to an old TV without a scart socket, via my Sky+ box? At the moment I am connecting the Sky+ box to the TV via the rf output. Also, is it possible to record onto the DVD recorder from the Sky+ box in the same way?

    Many thanks for any help.

    k

    kingpinner,

    Welcome to the forums.

The answers to your questions are - yes! :) Just connect the dvd player/recorder to the VCR socket on the Sky+ box.

Thanks Arthur. Will I have to tune the TV to another channel?

Ok, thanks. So presumably I just have to press play on the DVD and it will display, regardless of what the sky+ box is tuned to.
