Hi there

I have a Grundig Sky Digital box whixh I no longer use to receive Sky and was wondering if I could use it to receive freeview stations elsewhere in the house. I would not be able to get a satellite feed into it, only an aerial so I guess this menas that using it to reveive freeview is a none-starter:confused:

Any ldeas would be welcome.

Thanks:)

A satellite receiver can only work from a dish feed.

Hi,

Thanks for the replies. I can get a feed to the bedroom in question, so I guess I will need to attach another lnb to the dish and bring the cable into the bedroom? I can't split the feed from the existing one?

Thanks

No, you can't use a splitter. The box sends signals to the LNB to change polarization and frequency band.
