Initially I was thinking of getting a pair of Mission 73i for front duty, a pair of 71i for front and rear centre and matching bipolar for the rear. But I have the chance to buy a second hand package consist of Mission 752, 751 and two 75c centre, for similar money.

My room is 3mx5m and the system will be used mainly for HC. which system should I go for?

Beware the 752's in a small room. They will boom too much. Also they need a better than budget amp to really get them singing as they are a bit power-hungry.

Go with the M7x range instead.
