Ok Nead Some Help Here Guys Hcpc

    So guys nead ure help here as i know nothing @ all about HCPC
    im looking to builed one cheap as i can and i found this what i wont to know is would this be up to the job.
    ITS job will be just to play MP3'S FILMS like XVID DIVX KVCD and so on.

    I have not heard much about that machine, so can't comment filly on its performance. You may struggle with the S3 graphics card to get the native resolution of your plasma.

    Would you consider a 'propper' PC based around a shuttle case? They look similar, and allow you more choice with components. It is generaly agreed that ATI Radeon cards are good for custom resolutions.

    Just a thought.

    YES i would go with a shuttle but as i side i dont realy wont to spend a lot i was looking @ this price rangE

    I was thinking that i may get a pci gfx card to use in it something like a ATi RADEON 7000 up to a 9600 if thay do a 9600 on a pci card
    are a GF 2''3'4 and maybe look @ the fx rang og gf cards

    good luck getting a via c3 to cope with divx. They are utter tripe. I couldnt play divx movies at full speed with my via c3 933 overclocked to 1.05ghz/150mhz fsb. I had to lower the quailty just to get them to play smooth.

    It's a shame, baecuase that is one hell of a good looking case:(
