Yeah.. Umm

    *Embarrassed* Maxx = £500

    Looked on ebay and such.. found some sony and lg deals for like 100 - 160 <stated [missing ballast and the like>, but as i no relatively little about rear projection i couldnt make an informed choice..

    i saw the following 2 ..

    Sony KF 50SX 100 WEGA

    and the LG RE44SZ20RD Projection TV for a measly £92

    http://www.currys.co.uk/martprd/sto...s&seo=yes&sku=866719&channel=WEB&page=Product

    Then 2 find out that the LG had an apparent VERY LOUD FAN NOISE..

    :confused: so if that helps... :confused:

    Thankssssssssss =D

    take the money, save a little, then buy something worthy rather than buying a sub-standard set.

    Are you a Makro member? If so, I think they ahve the 46" Samsung SP46L6HX for £599.99 + VAT, above budget but well worth it.

    Might as well join Makro, from time to time they have really good deals. I think it is worth it, and it is only a one-off payment, whereas Costco is £20 or so every year.

    Costco does have Rear Projections, have a look, but they are pricey.

    You could keep searching on eBay, my 10 month old Samsung SP46L6HX went for only £360 last month.
