......i just wanted to check that i'm setting this all up right!

Very very new to this but have found this site fantastically helpful and all the people on it! Mucho thanks to Welsh Whirlwind as i've now picked up a Sony 1200 which arrives tomorrow!

Gonna hook it up to me 360 and me sony DVD (which arrives on the same day as 1200 i hopes!).

I just wanted to make sure that i'm doing this right!

I'm thinking cable wise, i.e. number i need etc.... at this stage.

am i right in thinking:
360 - HDMI cable from 360 to 1200 then a fresh one to the TV
DVD - HDMI cable from player to 1200 then fresh one to TV
and Wii - well think that'll just be the comp it came with to the 1200 then.....oh actually hadn't thought that far!

as you can probably tell from this rabbling i am lost!!! am i at least in the right ball park?

You only need 1 HDMI lead from the 1200 to TV because the inputs are switchable

Also worth while getting a component video lead for your wii to the amp.

Have fun.

(Nice amp, bye the way)
