If it seems to good to be true, it usually is!

For that price, get the Samsung LE32R41(51)B which is HD.

Agreed. A good quality plasma is going to cost three times that. Also the plasma in the link doesn't seem to have component inputs either which is what the 360 needs. I would advise against getting that TV.

Just to echo what everyone has said... I wouldn't touch that TV with a barge pole, especially if you are looking to exploit High Definition images.
If your budget is approx £800-900 you would be better off getting a good quality 32inch LCD, something like the Samsung already mentioned... or perhaps the Toshiba 32WL56 (although that would need an additional component to DSUB connector to accept the Xbox 360 High Definition video output from the component cables)
Basically to be pretty sure you are buying a High Definition screen you shoudl look for a "HD Ready" logo, this is NOT the same a HDTV compatible or EDTV - the screen shoudl also have a minimum resolution of 1280 x 720 (although most HD Ready screens will quote the W-XGA standard resolution of 1366 x 768)

Also, that DabsValue TV is a Plasma... I would imagine budget plasma would still suffer from screen burn/image retention... whereas a budget LCD will not.
Final point for Xbox gaming to be less suscpetible to blur or smearing pick a screen with a good fast response time (anything sub 16ms should be OK - in most cases)
