Getting a new 24" iMac soon and want to install MS Office 365 on it.

Where is the best/cheapest place to get it?

I have seen a few adds on FB for MS Office codes but am not keen on buying from them.

Can anyone recommend a reputable site to buy from?

Grateful for any info.

Suggest saving your money and trying the free Pages, Numbers, and Keynote apps preinstalled on your Mac. They open MS Office docs and work well for the stuff I need to do at home.

Thanks for the advice Oswald. I will try the pre-installed apps then only get Office if I have to.

LibreOffice for Mac is also pretty good, and is free but I would try the Apple Apps first before this.

The other thing to note is that you can create MS office files for free inside OneNote (free version).

Worth mentioning that an Office 365 sub also comes with 1TB of OneDrive cloud storage. If you use this to store your Office documents/files, you get automatic, iterative backups, so you will never lose any work even in the event of a catastrophic computer failure.

Pages and Keynote do the same with iCloud.
