Do you know I was just wondering where I could get an odd sized shower tray from and this thread appeared. All I need now is an odd sized bathroom to put it in

Quite easy get a big block of polystyrene and cut and smooth to shape, cover with a thin layer of polyfiller, when dry paint it, then cut and paint until shiny.

Now cover liberally with coloured gel coat, then start laying fibreglass and resin, I think aim for about 4-6mm minimum depending on how fat you are.

Guess who has use fibreglass to make a new panel for their motorcycle and also rebuilt fibreglass wings on a car.!
