I have never seen the original, but apparently it wasn't too good so I didn't have high hopes about the new one, but I have to say I really enjoyed it - it definitely had more style than substance, and I agree about the dodgy accent, but I liked it! ;)

This film is too slick by far, ever seen any robbery in ANY film where there was absolutely no tension in it??? Saw it at cinema now on dvd, now disc has been sold.

I agree with Jenius. It was an enjoyable two hours of entertainment which was all it set out to be.

Oogy accent was the worst I have ever heard! Julia Roberts was stale, BUT I enjoyed it. It was fun, I didn't feel cheated out of my fiver. I'll definitely get the DVD.
