As silly as this may seem... is there a recommended direction to point the speakers. Should they be facing straight out from the wall they're against, 45 degree angle, towards the tv, or what?

I've always pointed my fronts towards watching positions, and the rears to the TV.

    Make sense?

Got my fronts at head height and toed in towards the listening position, the side surrounds are directly to the side about 1-2ft above my head and firing across at each other. The back surrounds are about 2-3 ft directly behind and angled down towards me. :)
