O.T getting a message while trying to start new advert in classifieds?? Help

I have just cleared all messages in my inbox and outbox e.c.t. but when I try and start a new add I get this....

and when in messeges it says I have 96 unconfirmed and a few other but its all empty and deleted

Anybody help? Tried contacting a MOD and same thing

afaik, when you name is in italics, its when you have tried to block the sites advertising with a pop up blocker etc.
