I ordered my PC yesterday ad it includes this fan controller , when it arrives and I download the software what speeds should I be setting the fans to? Would running them all constantly at 100% damage anything? I know it would be extra noise but I can probably put up with that

If not 100% where should I be setting them? It's my first gaming pc so I'm not sure what temperatures are good or bad

    Any help appreciated

You could run them at 100%, I don't think that it'll burn them out unless they're a batch of Taiwan's finest £2 fans. The fan controller should do a lot of the work for you and adjust the speed to keep the case at good temperature.

You don't need to keep the case at stupidly low temps at all times, its largely about getting good airflow and allowing the heat coming from the components to be exhausted from the case. The more your doing, the hotter things get and the more work the fans will have to do.
