I recently updated from Windows 2000P to Windows XP. I removed my hard disk with previously loaded music (with Sonic Stage) beforehand, then re-installed Sonic Stage and re-installed the hard disk after the operating system upgrade. Sonic Stage allows me to import the music from the hard disk, but it will not play the music or allow it to be transferred, I assume it thinks I am doing something illegal.

How can I get those music files to be recognised as OK by Sonic Stage, or do I have to reload all those CDs again (surely not!)?
