NW-HD3 "no database found" crash, please help

    ok, yesterday, i was casually listening to HD3, then it skipped track, and when i pressed a button, it came up with no database found, now, its done this before, so i switched off the internal battery, and turned it back on, now i got the "W" logo and it freeszes there, and when i connect it to my computer, it recognises it, but will still only load up to the "W" screen again! And it doesnt appear as a removable drive.

    Anybody have any ideas, PLEASE?
