My HTPC is currently is an Athlon 2700xp with 512 meg of ram an old Radeon 9700 AGP
WHich plays everything i throw at it fine.. for my 32 inch CRT

I have just bought an 1080p LCD and want view BBC HD via a satellite card and upscale my DVD's when they are played, not interested in games just video play back

Would the AGP 6200 be sufficient for this as it does HD scaling and High quality scaling..
or would a higher model such as the AGP 7600GS be better.

Is there any difference between video play back capabalilities between the card models?

    Thanks
