    Hi all,

I called sky on Friday about the number of WiFi connections on my router as when a new connection is made it boots another connection off the WiFi.

I do have quite a few devices connected to the router (10+) so asked if there was a maximum number of connections. I was advised that there wasn’t.

I was advised to reset the router, which I have done and am still experiencing the same issue.

    Any ideas?

Sky have advised to plug in the supplied booster, surely this would just boost the signal?

You should be able to have way more than 10 devices connected simultaneously.
Since you've reset the router, it would have reverted any DHCP changes you may have inadvertently made limiting IP release.

What Sky router do you have?
