I find that I am unable to get an NTSC picture on my computer when I attach my VCR to the TV card (aerial cable) or my DVD player to the Svideo input.

Is there anything that will allow me to do this? Obviously it isn't my monitor, as PowerDVD will play NTSC discs fine!

    Thanks

Theres probably a setting for the input card that allows you to change from Pal to Secam or NTSC.

What input card are you using?
