    Hi,

Are they any DVD players on the market that can do progressive scan on NTSC and PAL ?

From the look of the posts on this forum I would say currently no player seems to be able to do both, correct ?

    Thanks

Currently doing both NTSC and PAL progressive (with hacks etc)

Denon DVD-2800 (new downloadable hacked firmware)
Arcam DV88 and FMJDV27 (handset hack)
    New Nintaus player (handset hack)
    Skyworth 1050p
    Lecson from Debenhams
    Pioneer DVD-747 (modified)
..and possibly others I might have forgotten.

All are unofficial and of varying quality concerning PAL progressive. Until manufacturers are officially allowed to release PAL progressive players we are going to have difficulty bringing them to account when the playback is less than stellar.

Do a search for all of the above players and you'll find they all have their 'quirks' to be polite.
