    ... on Sky Sports?

What is going on? I've hear many explanantions why Sky Sports is never in widescreen on NTL, but the one I hear the most is that NTL don't have enough bandwidth to carry widescreen broadcasts from the Sky Sports channels.

So why, during the England vs. Italy game programming tonight, did the broadcast begin in widescreen, only to change mid-programme to the cropped version I'm getting so sick of seeing, then change mid-programme again back to the widescreen broadcast, if NTL cannot carry Sky Sports in widescreen?

Greatly perplexed and fed up. They're putting up charges, and still messing us about.

    Cheers Kevo.

Should have looked at Digital Spy in the first place before ranting away... at least I know I wasn't alone. NTL can be so annoying.
