Had ntl digital tv installed today and found out that you can only receive terrestrial channels by an exsiting main tv aerial not via digi box, (like the old analogue ntl STB).

Is there any way around this without the need for a tv aerial as I don't have one at present.

    Cheers

    Damo :)

I assume you mean there is no pass through for the analogue channels which would allows a RF connection between the STB and TV/VCR thus allowing you access to digital and analogue channels?

Unless NTL have removed the analogue feeds (which in time they will) then you may get the feed by splitting the cable before it gets to the digital STB.
