    Your question is subjective,

    On want content you like.

What equipment you use or have.

What broadband speed, capacity and whether uncapped or not.

Also compatibility of equipment to services available.

Picture and audio quality are also a consideration for some. NowTV boxes only deliver a 720p picture with stereo audio, whilst Amazon and Netflix will deliver DD5.1+ audio in either HD, or if available, UHD picture resolutions. Both Amazon and Netflix offer far more content than a NowTV box does, but a NowTV box will allow the live watching on some Sky channels, albeit in SD resolution.

At face value, Netflix offers the best value for a fixed monthly price all that you can eat delivery, but I think that Amazon wins hands-down content-wise.

I've got Amazon and Netflix, of the two I prefer Netflix.

I've had endless problems with lipsync on Amazon, and the picture is a lot darker than any of my other sources.

With Amazon you also get the streaming music service and the next day delivery option, plus some kindle extras

I haven't tried NowTV (I don't think there's an app on the FireTV for it), but we have both Amazon Prime and Netflix, accessed via a FireTV over wired ethernet.

Amazon recently updated the FireTV so there's an integrated search of Amazon Prime Video and Netflix content which is really useful.

Each has unique content so we get good value out of both of them. If I had to choose only one though, I'd go with Amazon as you get much more for the money (next day delivery, kindle library, music streaming etc).
