Diary. Monday 25 November. Ordered 'Goldmember' R1 over the Internet. Tuesday 26 November. Package arrived. Wednesday evening 27 November. Tried to play Goldmember. After 6 minutes, disc/player froze. (This is the first disc in 300 that I can't play). Cleaned disc, replaced, froze again, several times during first 10 minutes. Removed disc and watched MIIB instead. Thursday 28 November, 1130am Telephoned supplier. Then went to Post Office to post defective disc back. Friday 29 November Replacement copy of Goldmember arrived. (Haven't played it yet, but that isn't the point). And the supplier? www.dvdslimited.com And before anyone else makes this observation - no they aren't the cheapest supplier out there. But excellent customer service is something it is hard to put a value on. (To be fair, I have been a customer of theirs for many years).
