I have just bought a canon mv750i for my daughter to replace an old analogue camcorder to help her with some animation she is attempting.
Can anyone suggest how we can shoot one frame at a time for this purpose or is it better to shoot several frames and edit same with editing software.
    Thanks
    Alan

    2 options with that cam

one you've suggested, cutting down to one frame manually in the edit.

another is, use the sd card & stills button.

no stopframe on your cam. Only sonys at this price.
