Can somebody tell me if this is a normal experience? My AE100 went pop after 200 hours, it was out of the mfrs warranty so I started a claim procedure from Novasure. After the stories of Panasonic originally turning around repaired units within 1 week, the last thing I expected was having to wait 5 weeks and still have to chase Novasure for answers. As it stands, the Engineers have sent a quote to Novasure the beginning of this week and Novasure have then wrote to me, but as I am away from home I had chased them again but they can't tell me what the letter is about, so its probably going to be Tuesday next week (over 5 weeks since making the claim) until I know the outcome. So is this a Normal experience for a £150 policy? And why are they writing to me in relation to quotes from Engineers when I just simply want and expect the damn thing to be repaired under warranty. If just a quote takes five weeks it's not looking good to having it back in perfect working order before Euro 2004.
