The ST range has remained on ver III for quite some time and nothing new in the Q series lately either. Anyone know if they have anything new coming up to tempt us with or are they intending to 'milk' their (admittedly good) existing range for the forseable future..

Strata 5? Did they do a Strata 4 then? Got any links for these new models pls. REL's website seems to be stuck in mid 2002.

Looks like they have quite a few models coming through - displayed at CES

New Strata 5 seems to have a digital display & settings, new 'Stampede' and Q108 which could be a re-branded Quake ?

Certainately looks like a quake with a new name on it.

Doesn't look as though this range is anything to get too excited about, any idea of pricing?

Q108 is an american version of the Quake, I believe. Certainly the sub is mentioned in the owners manual found on REL's new website. That bottom right pic looks like the Q150 driver in a different cabinet?

Interesting. A 50w increase in the amp for the Strata 5 and a 30% decrease in the volume of the cabinet over the existing Strata III.

Also, any guesses as to the story behind that subwoofer in the 6th (bottom right) picture on the CineNOW site? It looks like a forward firing Storm!?

It does, but that most certainly is not a Storm "Volt" driver. It appears to be a Q150 driver in a bigger cabinet.
As for the new smaller Strata 5, I know a few people who have not bought this sub due to it's size. REL are probably reacting to this, and making up for it by using a more powerful amp.
