I need a way of connecting my Notebook (DELL) to my 32" CRT TV, as i've tired of watching DivX videos on my 15" CRT TV (via VGA)
Now what i need is a box that has a DVI or VGA connection that will take in a progressive rgbhv from Notebook VGA or DVI connection... and on the other side of the box should be the Component connections (Y PR PB) that should connect to my 32" CRT TV, the box should take progressive rgbhv and convert it to lossless NTSC/PAL progressive, as my TV only does NTSC Progressive . Sound inputs are optional (but would like) as i can use notebook speakers.
Has anything like that been invented..
I've tryed SVIDEO its awful, its hard to see text and images, i'd rather stick to the monitor than watch it in Svideo
