OK - what do you want? The Sony is a perfectly decent 2D TV (entry level), with surprisingly good lag, which might be valuable if gaming. The Samsung is a very decent mid range (3D - better refresh) TV, with great reviews (What Hifi winner this year). The LG is a decent entry level 4K, and is good value for money.
Frankly, you've picked three really good TV's within that size range, which are all good value for money. The problem is advising which is best, because they are all slightly different beasts. If you dont want 4K at all, then say goodbye to the LG. Remember your upscaling from 1080, and you have to think of refresh - a good value for money set, but think about its price point.
The Sony gets good reviews from gamers, not least because of its low lag time. However, the Samsung gets my vote, because its a good bit of kit, 4 HDMI's, and your getting the most for your money.
I'd go look at them - its your eyes at the end of the day. But they are all good choices.
