not collecting V+ box

I recently canceled my virgin service and moved to sky (3 months ago) but they are yet to pick up the v+ box. Arranged 5 collections but they never turn up. What do i do now? just keep it?

You've made every effort and I don't see why you should have to go out of your way any more.
I'd just stash it away somewhere safe.
