Didnt want to tack on the boy Greens thread about the cost of memory cards
(i think i did enough damage there by going off topic):D

This picture is self explanatory, check out the price, which was about 3 times the normal working mans weekly wage then:eek:
So i dont want hear you young whippersnappers moaning about the the cost of your kit today:laugh:

Apparently, the avarage weekly wage now ( in the UK) is about £400 per week, that would make the tripod the equivalent of about £1500!......... or $150 if you went to the USA to get one!!!!!
